BRIEF:

Architect Tomas Grip in collaboration with T.J. Ong a local architect got the oppor- tunity to do the development survey and concept work for the new town centre on private owned property with Scandinavian lifestyle.

SOLUTION:

Desa Park City west of Kuala Lumpur covers 43 acres on two adjacent sites and contains 645 apartments. The total area of the project is 473 acres.
